Overview

By the end of this program, the viewer should be able to:

  • Define selected anatomical structures to include important sections of the brain and spine. 
  • Review the functionality of the somatic and autonomic nervous systems.
  • Summarize commonly encountered diseases of the nervous system by appraising current  concepts regarding trauma, brain attack, and general CT of the head.
  • Identify applications and technical information pertaining to CT angiography of the neurovascular system and understand applications and technical procedures for computed tomography of the brain.
